Add rails-settings plugin and admin interface to manage it

Add Rails-settings plugin.
then use settings around the page, like Meta tags, meta title, meta keywords, default timezone, google adwords key#, etc....

And have it in the admin interface.

security: remove default secret key from environment.rb

I think it would be smarter to leave the secret key in environment.rb empty than having one default key. exploit danger!

Rails 2.2.2 problem?

Getting this error when connecting to postfix:

hostname was not match with the server certificate

Occurs in migration or in code when creating user or sending password.

Works fine when changing to 2.1.2
